Experiment 

Aim: To launch a marshmallow 

Equipment: Marsh mellows, plastic cup, balloon and scissors. (tape if necessary)

Method: 

1. Take a balloon and cut the bottom off. 

2. Cut the bottom of the cup off.

3. Put the cut off balloon on the part of the cup that is cut.

4. Tie the balloon and place a marshmallow in the cup.

5. Then pull back and watch it fly.

Conclusion:

The potential elastic energy gets released when you pull back the balloon which then causes the balloon to fly.
