Banana Choc Chip Muffins

Kia ora, recently in home economics we made banana choc chip muffins and each group had substitute a different ingredient.

 In our group we used oil instead of butter. This made the top of our muffins smooth on the top and fluffy on the inside. The muffins tasted really good and were even better than I expected.
I think next time we could be done a bit faster if we each focused on one job.

  1. Hi Aryan. Your muffins look really good. Did you compare them with the recipe using butter instead of oil? I wonder how different they were in both appearance and taste. In your next blog please include the recipe and method. I like you comment on how your group could improve.
